Forwarding from the extranet |
If you are not forwarded directly from the extranet to the media portal, log out of your profile in the browser and / or delete your cache (temporary storage) depending on the browser you are using: |
Browser Chrome: Open "chrome://settings/clearBrowserData", by copying the link and pasting it into your browser. The following window will then open, in which you delete images and files in the cache. |

Browser Edge: Open "edge://settings/clearBrowserData", by copying the link and pasting it into your browser. The following window will then open, where you can delete cached images and files. |

Browser Firefox: Open in Firefox "about:preferences#privacy", by copying the link and pasting it into your browser. Scroll down the page to the Cookies and data section of the website and click on Delete data. |
 | Now clear the cached web content/cache |
