Forwarding from the extranet

If you are not forwarded directly from the extranet to the media portal, log out of your profile in the browser and / or delete your cache (temporary storage) depending on the browser you are using:

Browser Chrome:
Open "chrome://settings/clearBrowserData", by copying the link and pasting it into your browser. The following window will then open, in which you delete images and files in the cache.

Browser Edge:
Open "edge://settings/clearBrowserData", by copying the link and pasting it into your browser. The following window will then open, where you can delete cached images and files.

Browser Firefox:

Open in Firefox "about:preferences#privacy", by copying the link and pasting it into your browser. Scroll down the page to the Cookies and data section of the website and click on Delete data.

Now clear the cached web content/cache
